Loubet looking for confirmation at Rally Italia Sardegna
After the good test at the last Rally of Portugal, where he collected important points and an excellent fourth place in the category, Pierre Louis Loubet is ready to dive back into the adventurous world championship in search for further confirmation in the FIA ??WRC2.
With Vincent Landais as always on his side, the young French driver will be at the start at Rally Italia Sardegna, scheduled from 7th to 10th June, on the gravel roads of the Mediterranean island.
The two French from Team Oscaro, will as always drive the performing Hyundai I20 R5 with Michelin tires, managed and set up by BRC Racing Team.
The beginning of the competition is scheduled for Thursday evening with the exciting Super Special Stage of Ittiri, near Alghero, where the assistance park is located.
Four Stages are scheduled on Friday, to be repeated twice, in the north east of the island, for a total of 122.86 kilometers.
Saturday, the most "challenging" day for men and vehicles, with almost 150 kilometers of race, while Sunday, before the arrival on the podium in Alghero, the last 42.04 timed kilometers are scheduled.
A total of 20 Special Stages, 1386.38 kilometers to go, 313.46 of which totally against time.
This is the comment of Pierre Louis Loubet: "From the reconnaissance I understood that it will be a very difficult rally. There are many stones on the road. The path in some points is very narrow, we must face it with care and attention. I will give my best for a good performance".
